umm, there are more than one base in Hampton Roads.

Norfolk? Oceana? Little Creek? Not to mention all the sattelite bases that are off campus from the big three but are not exactly considered their own autonomous command.

you should have a POC to your gaining Command on your Hard copy orders.

The only naval base in Chesapeake is the NORTHWEST RADIO STATION. It's almost on the N.C./Va line.
4504 Relay Rd.
Bldg. 374
Chesapeake, VA 23322-4102
Phone (757) 421-8770
Phone (DSN) 521-8770
Take I-64 EAST (it goes south, and I-64 WEST goes north!) to Battlefield Blvd (expect LOTS of delay due to construction). Take Battlefield Blvd SOUTH (rte 168) to Ballahack Rd and turn right. Then turn left onto Relay Road.
Welcome to Tidewater/Hampton Roads!

Then why don't you look it up in your Navy online account? That is, if you really are in the Navy....
