can people with antisocial personality disorder have feelings such as remorse and sympathy?

It depends on how severe the case of anitsocial personality disorder a person haves. The disorder can be treated with medications and therapy. The people who have this disorder are not all like the stereotypical "serial killers" that are shown on the media. My father has it and is able to have the same feelings as everyone else, but he is also being treated for it and he says that he is able to turn off those feelings if and when he wants to.

It depends on the severity of the disorder, so yes if the anti soc. personality isn't that sever

Yes. Antisocial personality means that you dont like to be around people - groups.
