I am 175cm tall an i weigh about 91kilos, i am on duromine, but it does not seem to be working.. I need to loose about 15kg and i really want to do this. But i can not get motervated, has anyone got any ideas?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I cant understand why you would be on duromine, if you are not motivated to loose weight?????
The price of it should be enough to motivate you. If you are overweight and unhappy, your the only one who can do something about it, don t expect miracles. Ive lost weight, and ive never been happier, the only way to do it, is eat right, cut out the junk, and get abit more active!

find a sport that you like to play or an activity that you like to do that is exercise as this would help you loose weight an you wold like doing it as it would be something that you would enjoy and if you need to go down the road or around the corner walk it instead of driving or getting public transport do this for a while and you should start loosing the weight hope this helps and good luck.

take a walk each day and think positive
remember that if you want to lose weight you need to eat, but go for fruit and vegetables, eat four times a day
do not skip breakfast and do not eat later than 8 o'clock
drink 2-3l of water a day
this will keep you busy

From last four posts I am posting same answer, if a guy has post this kinda question then I tell him to make aim to appear in Mr. America or body building competition or for gal I told them that make your aim to appear in a beauty contest.

Think about how great you'll feel when you do lose the weight & are able to fit into the clothes you want to wear. It's different for everyone what motivates them, but for me, that's what I'm thinking of..

well duromine usually works a wonder!! just think how good u will look and feel after you've lost weight...is that motivation enough?
