just get your friend to the hospitial as ap, it could be an infection and could be life threatening...sometimes you can have a stomach infection from a burst ulcer, etc. and it gets infected and spreads...please just make your friend go NOW just to be on the safe side, it could be as simple as a little food poison..but don't count on it

Get help. It could be appendicitis which if not treated could lead to peritonitis which can be fatal.Don't know which country you are in but if you can drive go to your local A&E at the hospital, or call a cab, but they may not take her if she is being sick.If no other way call an ambulance. It might not be any more than a tummy bug, but you don't want to take any chances.

If the pains are severe and have got worse call 911 USA) or 999 (UK ) and get a paramedic. You could call NHS direct in the UK who can advise you, but this might delay proper treatment.

Hospital!! Never fool around with severe pain and vomiting combined, something is seriously wrong!

this happened to me a few weeks ago i saw the doctor and he told me it was nothing i got worse so went to hospital turned out i had a serious kidney infection and a burst cyst i was in for a week, tell her go straight to hospital asap

I'd say assist her with an enima! If that doesn't work, I'd have to say have her eat a quarter of a chicken. Maybe she's just hungry.
