i have a pain in my chest every so often im having one right now everytime i breath i get huge pain near my heart or lungs im not sure but i have to breath little breath until its gone anyone have any ideas

It's possible it's a pulled muscle. Many times muscle pain will be relieved by breathing. It's also possible it could be something more serious involving the heart. You really should see your medical doctor as soon as possible and have a thorough work up to find out exactly what is causing this. Prevention is worth a pound of cure. hopefully this is nothing more than a muscle pain.

some reflux or a hernia type thing. my dad has a hiatal hernia and this was his first symptom.
