Step One---Resist the urge to attack when these plugged sebaceous glands pop up. In other words, don't pop your pimples'this can cause infections and even scarring.
Step--- Two Keep in mind that a combination of hormonal activity, a buildup of bacteria and the shedding of dead skin cells causes pimples. Do what you can to prevent a breakout by establishing a skin-care routine appropriate for your skin type.
3Step Three Have patience. It could take up to one month for a blemish to disappear completely. The less you poke at it, the better.
4Step Four Buy an antibacterial, oil-free concealer that can blend the redness of the pimple into your own skin color. Green shades tend to offset redness the best. (This might not be an option for those who don't wear makeup.)
5Step FiveTry a facial mud mask. This may shrink a pimple.
6Step Six Realize that despite the happy teens in the commercials, 'zit zapping' solutions'medications you apply directly to pimples'don't do much more than dry out the top layer of skin covering the pimples. These medications don't provide a long-term cure.
7Step Seven If you are going to break the rules by 'extracting the blemish''aesthetician-speak for popping your pimple'wash your hands, then lightly squeeze the top of the pimple with a tissue or cotton swab. Clean the area thoroughly when you're done. If nothing happens, leave the pimple alone until it's ready to pop.
8Step EightApply a benzol peroxide acne medication to the pimple and avoid applying medication to the surrounding area.
Tips & Warnings
If you're desperate (you get an unsightly blemish two days before your wedding, perhaps), consult a dermatologist about receiving a shot of cortisone to eliminate a pimple.
Pimples can indicate the presence of acne, a chronic skin disease. If you have recurring pimples, talk to a dermatologist about acne medication. Your dermatologist may prescribe antibiotics, certain brands of birth control pills, or even Accutane for severe acne.
Consider carefully before using Accutane. Although this is the only truly long-term solution for severe acne, it can have serious side effects and is known to cause serious birth defects when taken during pregnancy. Sexually active women who use Accutane should use two forms of birth control.

Mix 1/2 cup of olive oil and 15 drops of tea tree oil. After washing your face with a glycerin soap, clean with witch hazel.

Apply oil mixture on your pimples before bed every night.

You should see changes in 2 weeks or less.

For really red pimples, apply tea tree oil directly with a q-tip.

Hmm, that's a tough one..
I just read this in a book, and it says that Tea tree Oil can cure acne, just add it to warm water or dab it pure, or if pimples, just put it in a cotton ball and apply to your face 2-4 time each day for 4 days.

another one, if Clean & Clear doesn't work, [I watched this from the tv] use ProActiv... They say it's so effective [even the stars who used it] but it's expensive, kinda worth it.

You should try Proactiv. It's the last over the counter remedy I would try before going to the dermatologist so I highly recommend you try it. Stick with it, using it every morning and every night for a minimum of 30 days.

If after 30 days your skin has not improved, you need to see a dermatologist. You might benefit from a low dose of antibiotics or other prescription acne treatments.

You can order Proactiv here: http://www.proactiv.com/

There is a 30 day supply for $19.95, and you get your money back if doesn't work. I'd try it, sugar.

I have several family members and friends who've switched from Proactive to Avon's skin care line, Anew. One friend in particular has battled her acne all her life, she's now 24. What you're describing sounds like what my friend was facing. She now uses, and loves, Avon's True Pore-Fection line. Best thing about it, it comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You've got nothing to lose! I'm a certified beauty advisor. I'd be glad to answer your questions in detail if needed.

If washing your face and using topical medications on your pimples don't work for you, read what I'm about to type:

Keep track on what you eat every day. If your acnes are caused by the food you eat, the acnes usually pop out 3 or 2 days after you consume the food. In my case, REFINED SUGAR was the only cause that aggravated my skin condition.
For some people, stress causes acnes to come out. although for the rest of the people, stress causes them to consume more sugary stuff (i.e. Pepsi, Kern's Guava juice, cinnabon, candies, SOBE, starbucks coffee, energy drink, etc.) that eventually leads to their breakouts.
Now, the acnes that are caused by these sugary stuff are usually not superficial, but deeper in the skin.
Also, try avoiding dairy products, too.

ookay you need to exfoliate your face. Get neutrogena gentle scrub. Or whats even better is an exfoliating sponge.
for spots, products of Dr Sebagh are very good.
If your faceis really bad i strongly suggest a dermatolagist, because they can give u medicine to help the spots go away (e.g roacutane-my sister took it)
