Her nose is fine; the normal temperature for a cat is around 102 F.
Panting is also normal. She's exhausted and surrounded by a litter of very warm kittens.
You can start to wean your kittens when they're about 6 weeks old. Mom will decide when they should stop nursing. You can start them on canned food, then begin to mix in a little dry after a week or so.
Take your cat to be spayed when the kittens are completely weaned, at about 8 weeks.
You can sell the kittens at the same time, 8 weeks, they should be on solid food by then.
Keep feeding Mom what she's used to. If you change her food suddenly, you can upset her stomach. And don't give her too much milk. It can cause diarrhea. She'll eat and drink when she's ready. Just make sure she has plenty of fresh water close by at all times.
Anything else?

Your cat sounds totally normal. She just went through a lot having the babies so she is just calming her body back down. You shouldn't feed the kittens anything until they are about 4-6 weeks. They should be drinking mommas milk until then. When they are ready for food you can give them Purina kitten chow. Some people give them moist food too. (This is easier to chew) She can be spayed about 2 weeks after her kittens are weaned. Be careful because they do come back into heat very fast after weaning the kittens. Depending on what kind of cat it is it's not purebred it's better to just give them away. If it is a domestic cat no one wants to pay for them so it's better to just give them away. That way you will know for sure you can get rid of them. They should be 6-8 weeks old before you get rid of them and eating and drinking on their own. Feed the cat some good cat food with a lot of nutrients in it. My cat has kittens that are 2 weeks old and we are feeding her meow mix. Her kittens are growing perfectly and she isn't scrawny looking. Keep offering your momma cat food and water. They usually don't eat until a couple days after giving birth. They will feed their babies constantly. Then they will feed them every so many hours. Good luck with your kittens!

I would suggest checking her temperature by putting a thermometer up her butt. She is probably fine though.

If thier is a slit by the butt it is a girl. If you see two bumps by the butt it's a boy. Very easy to tell the sex. I can tell immediately, but some people wait weeks to tell.

Your mother cat sounds fine...kittens usually feed from their mothers for 6-8 weeks, but many will start eating regular foods before then....don't force them...they will be up and around and nosing into the food! I would call a vet to ask when they most prefer to neuter the pet after she has had kittens, but I have to say more than likely sometime after she is done feeding the babies

start to leave some food for the kittens around 4 weeks old, make sure it is soft and easy to eat.
once you have sold the kittens take her to be desexed, wait until the kittens are around 6 to 8 weeks so that they are fully weaned.
Please dont give your cat milk, cats are lactose intolerant and cows milk upsets there tummies, give her some time, make sure there is plenty of water and food around she will eat when she is ready.
as for the panting, cats mainly only pant when they are stressed, give her a few more hours if she is still panting and not drinking take her and the kittens to the vet.
is she in a space that she can feel safe and relaxed in, the other animals aren't bothering her and the kittens at all, leave them alone for a little while to settle down and get used to the situation

Wow lots ?'s first off it is normal for your cat to feel run down, dry nose and all she will come around in a couple days. Start feeding her kitten food her and her babies need the extra stuff in it. The kittens should start to eat dry food at about four to six weeks old. They are ready to go at about eight weeks old. Get your mama cat to the vet soon he can tell you when to spade her. don't give her milk it gives cats the runs only water. If she is not drinking then get her to the vet don't wait to long.

Check on the kittens. - the mothers will look after them just fine, you just need to make sure the kittens are moving about and suckling from their mothers. Make sure there is food and water for the cat - please feed the mother kitten food, as its got lots more vitamins as feeding the kittens demanding and they need the extra nutrients or they will become malnourished. Dry nose is not a good sign and the panting is not good either so get the vet.

The kittens should start taking solid food at about 5 weeks should be fully weaned by 8 weeks of age, and then the mothers can be spayed. The kittens should also have their first vaccinations at 8 weeks. If you're worried about mother cat contact your vet. Mother cats can get sick after delivering kittens. Also speak to the vet about get the cat desexed, good luck

No there is not any danger to the mummy's life via her brother being the daddy. each and every thing you favor to entice close you could study out of your vet. besides, you should nonetheless get her spayed and then you would not ought to agonize about a pregnant cat or kitten, yet it really is as a lot as you. i'd get her to the vet for a examine up and ask when you're there about searching after her at the same time as she's pregnant and elevating the kittens.
