If a woman produces ALL her eggs while devloping as a foetus....(to me that means all the chromosomes have gone through meiosis and are ready to mature and then get fetilised), why does increased age cause more incidences of trisomy (eg Down's syndrome) when the eggs have technically been produced at the same time (in the foetus)??????????

Because of age! It is like making a cake and then taking a slice of cake 30 years later. Reckon it might be a wee bit stale!
