I've downloaded a game. After downloading it i was gonna extract it using winrar but i noticed that the downloaded file was in a folder which contained about 19 files of the same size and name...how do i extract them so that they can become an iso?thanks!!

what i do is i normally just right click and extract files here with winrar. makes it pretty simple
