Some sugar free products contain certain additives which it is rumored were carcinogenic. However I think most have been removed. Remember unrefined food is better for the body, so brown sugar or raw cane sugar will be better than sugar free or white sugar.

Only if they have "fake sugar". Is not proved but some might be dangerous.

But sugar FREE food, is not suposed to be dangerous. As a matter of fact to cut sugar is very healthy.

sugar free means it's free from sugar

But it's possibly not free from alcohol sugar, like xilitol or malitol.
Sugar alcohol are not absorbed and metabolized 100% by your body.

Hi...well there is this notion out there that sweeteners are bad for us. Apparently they cause us to retain our fat, so it is harder for us to burn off. In my opinion it is a bunch of nonsense.
