I've been having the temptation to engage in pre-marital sex, I know it's just Satan trying to get me to stray from the straight and true path, but I've already tried talking to my pastor, prayer, self-mortification, fasting, and putting cigarette butts out on my penis. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. What should I do?

seems a way off did he not die on the cross for us not to suffer well basically you are doing something to plant that seed in you prob looking at some sort of stimulant or hearing things that put that thought into you try disconnecting your self from the world all music television everything even the comp and read the Bible and pray until it start going away also talk to your self and weight both results and see what would happen if you did or not do the pre-marital if you did how bad would be the results of it and so forth

Flee from immorality. Pray and worship God. As you focus on Jesus and walk in the Spirit all the desires of your flesh will go way (Galatians 5:16).

read your BIBLE. minister to your spouse. wash her feet. wash her back. when we are tempted to self serve the 2 best things I know of are to help others and to read My BIBLE.
