Boy oh boy have i had the same problem when i was you. Ask from the guys first, second, find a girl you know or knew as a friend that you can test on. Let her know the problem and what she thinks about it. Chances are shell let you use her as practice. Remember that the number one reason why guys ask this question is because of rejection. and i have to be honest with you. when i started talking to girls withing the first 3 words my heart was beating at 100x a second. It happens. My opinion examine her for a second, check her bodylaunguage, dont let her see you looking at her. Women hate a stalker, but if she glances at you for even a second chances are that shes interested. otherwise she wouldnt be looking (duh!) 2nd find out what to talk about. If she just came from the store ask her something that you might need advise from like getting your family members something she would recommend. If your on the train/bus ask her wheres she heading or hows the weather.

Analize the situation and then attack. And one more thing. 80% of the first ones you will talk to is rejection. Your point though is not to say **** this is never going to work. If you play basketball and you fall down you get up. If you miss a bus catch the next one. and if you get rejected still have a smile on your face and let her know it was nice talking to you!

and please dont studder. some women might think you being shy is cute but the majority will want a confident man to be with. Remember practice makes perfet and you should be ok!
