I'm 14 years old, 165cm tall and i weigh about 74KG. I look fat, i can never wear bikinis or anything. No diets or anything work for me I just cave in and head for the cupboard when Im bored and tired. I just can't stop eating junk food! I drink lots of water and i play hockey lots but nothing works. I've never had a boyfriend and i think it's because i'm obese. It really gets me down and i've thought about suicide lots and lots but never had the guts to actually go through with it. I really need some help!!

There's time for dating and all of that later, and definitely no need for suicidal thoughts, but I think cutting down on the junk food may help things.

It doesn't need to be cut out completely, but if you want to lose weight you're going to have to make some changes and stick with them. You have to be prepared to work at it and follow a set plan.

Proper diet helps. Water is good, sports are good, and cutting down on the junk food and the kitchen raids will help a lot, but if you want to lose weight you may also want to consider a work out routine.

I haven't done much research searching for routines because I've just made my own and follow it. Exercising 3-4 times a week is a good idea. The link provided in the previous comment was typed wrong so here it is again:

Oh, sweetie, I feel for you. 14 is a hard age to be. You are just about my height, and I am 27! I am more concerned about your suicidal thoughts more than your weight issues. If you have these thoughts alot, you might want to talk to someone about it.
Like a lot of other people have said, you are so very young. You need to find a guy who likes you for who you are and not what you look like. I didn't have a boyfriend until I was 15, and I just jumped in blindly because I wanted a boyfriend so bad, and he was kind of a jerk. He wanted to control what I wore and who I hung out with.
You hang in there, ok?

hun..there are many ways to help with your figure,one of which is to have a healthy diet.i dont mean go on a diet..that dont work..i mean quit the junk food and start eating vegatable and friuts in place of them.thats the first thing.ive been doing karate for 30 years,and its a fun way to get excersise...its totally not boring.but theres other things too like swimming,and mountain biking.
i only know pounds and inches so its hard to determine your weight,but if you told me i could better help you.
about the other stuff....as a parent..i would hope my daughter would come to me with these issues,

Do not kill yourself! You have too much to live for. Try to eat healthy food more often. Try to be more active also. You play hockey, so that is a good start. Try going for walks or even running. There is a lot you can do. Good luck and best wishes.

You need to slow down a little you are only 14 . You have plenty of time to date. As far as your weight you should make a workout routine and diet plan. You have to stick with your diet plan if you want results.

It's not worth dying for...be grateful for your life and what you have to live for. Apart from reading more abt weight loss option, you can achieve it if you focus on the benefits when you hv lost yr weight - in terms of yr looks, yr health, boyfriends etc....get motivated.

whoa don't kill urself....just eat healthily ....store up healthy food in cupboards so u'll have no choices....excercise..u could do squats....skipping....good luck...
