You have no idea what the word theory means in a scientific context.
Why can't you just accept that there is a Gollum?
Why can't you just accept that there is a Yoda?

I don't agree that believing in the big bang theory makes you an atheist. I believe in the big bang theory, but i'm not an atheist. in fact learning more about the big bang theory gave me more faith that God really made not just the Earth but the entire Universe.
here is a video that science found the existence of God. as what Einstein said: science without religion is lame, and religion without science is blind.

No, I can't. I'm a chemist. It's not my field. However, I do know that the 2006 Nobel for physics (maybe 2005) was for another proof of the big bang.
The difference between us is that we realize that our claim is a big one and we constantly search for new information, while you don't seem to realize how huge your claim is (although some do) and you're doing nothing more to find justification of it.
And, as our classic rebuff of the theory thing goes, if you think theories are useless then why not just walk off a cliff? Gravity's just a theory. And if there's a God and you're faithful, wouldn't he intervene?

a few days ago i came across a car accident, a car was wrapped around a tree. though i didn't see the accident i naturally assumed the car had hit the tree rather than the tree jumping out and hitting the car. you know why i assumed this because trees don't jump. you know why i believe the inflationary big bang model. because it predicted the background micro wave radiation and they found it. it also predicted that there would be a changing rate of expansion. and looking at the red shift they found that to be true also. there is the fact that the universe is expanding outwards in all directions. now if you play it backwards in time it comes down to a single point. now, bang or inflate, it seems pretty obvious to me that the evidence would seem to point to the big bang being true. i have always believed that if it quacks like a duck and waddles like a duck, it's a duck. hence my belief that the car hit the tree and not the tree trying to commit suicide by jumping in front of the car. god is a jumping tree.

No one can at this point. It is still just a theory. I also refuse to stop thinking at the God construct. I am keeping a open mind until I have absolute proof that God exists.
Actually I am pretty sure he doesn't exist or at least like Christians like to believe he does. No your bible was not God inspired.

For anything to be a theory it needs a HUGE amount of uncontradicted evidence. If only god was a theory rather than a fairy tale eh?

the difference between theists and atheists is that atheists know and say that there are things we have not proven through science yet that we are still figuring out.
Theists on the other hand believe what they believe no matter that there isnt a single shred of evidence.

You know many atheist believe in evolution thoery. Evolution thoery essentialy is " a cell by chance became a amino acid and that amino acid again by chance became a protein and then again by chance the protein became a cell and again by chance became into any cells and by chance became a human being!!!!
It's like saying that a tornado came in junkyard and a Boeing 747 came into being!
