You can contact him via the Thai Embassy in London. He is in Manchester quite a lot at the moment too! Being Chinese, he would really prefer to buy a team that plays in red but blue is all that's available right now!

He is reportedly in UK (London) and if you are there and if you walk around in some shopping malls, you may be able to encounter him! By the way, why do you want to get in touch with him? Do you want to get a share of his booty!
