your idea is good, but friend how much educated people are their in our country, on south have highest percentage. your idea implementation success when the people of our country will fully educated. if we look into the survey only 45% of people are educated, 25% is half educated that means level is like a uneducated people. so the population of uneduacted people is high, & the level of educated increase becoz of south side.
I like your ideas only one change first educate the people, so that know what is good & bad.

Ills of corruption are known at all levels. Curbing is possible only by stringent law enforcement.
As you propose the message can be also be spread by everyone. Cinema, dramas and other media can play a major role.Basic thing is to make people understand that 'corrupts' are out castes and all money/power they possess are nothing but virus.

Corruption is a one thing which happen in every man life. In this competitive world no one can stop corruption because of the ministers who get elected and because of them lot of thing get burden and effects a common man. Corruption can be stopped only when the actual FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE rule starts.

It is a good start. Try blogging your questions to Indians in India and see if you can make an impact. Corruption is everywhere but if you can make an impact on its depth, that will be a good progress in right direction. You can count on me to be on your side for this cause.

TO TAKE STEPS TO END CORRUPTION IN INDIA IS NOT AN EASY TASK. IT NEEDS SELF CONTROL NON TEMPTATION PHILOSOPHICAL ATTITUDE..SELF SACRIFICE. TODAY PEOPLE WHO ARE HONEST ARE FEW AND ARE LOOKED DOWN INSTEAD OF LOOKED UP WITH RESPECT.THERE IS NEED TO HIGHLIGHT THE NON CORRUPT PEOPLE .OF EACH DEPT SPREAD THE MESSAGE THROUGH THEM

Corruption be made a serious crime and non bailable offence. Punishment should be severe i.e., more than 10 years of imprisonment. Whistle blowers who reveal secrets shall be protected and their names should not be revealed. Media should take initiative in propagating the message.
