What are some prayers that you have had answered through the rosary?

Please, Non-Catholics, we already know what you think so I would appreciate it if you would refrain from chiming in on this one. Thanks.

Edit: Seren, how can you ask us to leave you alone when you answered a question that you were specifically asked not to answer?

Interesting question. I'd say about 80% of what I'm praying for while saying a rosary involves people and situations where I may never know the outcome. I have faith that the prayers are answered; I leave the when and how to God.

*Is Catholic*

This Question sure is proof of how much the Evil One hates the Rosary!

I prayed the Rosary and I wound up Catholic. That is probably the greatest prayer that I had answered. Many people have had this experience of using the Rosary to pray to know Christ and his will and having the prayer answered by the mysteries of the Church opening to them.

You might be interested in reading "101 Inspirational Stories of the Rosary" by Sister Patricia Proctor. It has some lovely stories in it and none of the not-so-lovely variety that you've seen here. I don't have any dramatic story for you, but the more I pray the rosary the better a person I become....that really IS a miracle.

I prayed many things and saw them come about. One thing that my sister prayed, was for horrible paternal relations to her daughter to be blocked from abusive access to the little one. No one knew she had asked St. Therese of Liseaux to pray this, and she got a rose that day, and has seen the answer hold fast in the care of GOD ever since, for some years now.

Our mother recently asked for Mary's intercession with a Prayer said to never fail, and immediately saw my sister get disability money she had been denied some days before up until that day.

I prayed once that I would win at bingo and I did. Which is funny because it was at church, which doesn't condone gambling.
