This is not in fact, a word. It is an acronym, therefore, we do not pronounce it at all, we read it as A.K.A. which stands for Also Known As. An acronym uses the first initial of each word to form an abbreviation for a common, well known phrase. It is used for faster communication such as brief written reports, or when time is of the essence, such as when communicating over a walki-talkie, as police and emergency personnel might. This is probably where this particular acronym originated. As for k being a silent letter, this is just one of the many exceptions to the rule that the English language is famous for. Because of the diverse groups of many people who speak English, as well as natural evolution of the language, many spellings of words have been derived from other languages, therefore, this particular spelling, the silent letter 'k', probably comes from an old grammer form, of which I am not certain of the origin. Thanks for your insightful question.

Like they all saying A.K.A also known as, kinda like A.S.A.P, as soon as possible, as far as the silent K, when words are represented by the first letter, it no longer become a silence letter.

It's a.k.a., or "also known as". It's pronounced A. K. A. , not ana.
