To me, they are pretty much the same question. Unless "feeling" is refering to the physical states (ie: sick) and "emotion" to the mental or emotional state (ie: sad).

Feeling : is after touch & sensation. Feelings are for hard sense . As the hardware
Emotions : Are soft Not so hard . Thats mean the emotions are for the soul & most sensitive .

I think what they were getting at was, with regard to feeling, anxious, nervous, agitated.
And with emotions, Anger, Happy, Sad, Ecstatic.
The difference as I see it is, feeling is inside your body,
emotion shows through to the outside especially in facial expression.

Well, I think that an example of a difference was "My heart hurt when I was sad." So I felt pain and had the emotion of sadness.

proper definition of how you feel is the sensation you have and an emotion is how you think or (want to) react

feelings are hurt when someone says something about you,family,friends or like a family pet that passed on.emotions are hurt when you are upset about something like when you, yourself knows->lets say- you might be over weight,true friends won't hurt your feelings or if your friend is over weight your a true friend you don't want to hurt their feelings i hope i said that right ->:D->smiling feel good about yourself
