i am so tired of friends and others saying "isn't she/he cute" knoing their baby looks like it was beaten with a bat! i know i am wrong for saying this. but to the parents out their not all of our kids are cute! although i was one sexy baby lol

I don't know why they show you their pictures either. They're not asking for your approval. Some parents are attractive but their kids look like they've been beaten with the ugly stick, so you've got to get over it and work up some sort of standard response, such as "Nice picture". So you need to grow up and get over it. As far as being a sexy baby? Babies are not sexy and the only ones thinking so are perverts.

Parents always think their babies are cute, no matter what they look like. It's just as well that this happens - otherwise they might not care for them as well as they should! These parents won't realise whether these babies were cute or not until many many years down the track when they look back at the photos - don't spoil it for them - having a new little bub is one of the most thrilling times in a person's life and it's wonderful to see the love flowing between parent and child. Beauty is in the eye.... of the parent!

Although I don't think that your question could be an honest one, I'll answer it just in case you......... Anyway, parents of children (there are no ugly babies!) are expressing a sentiment that they truly believe. Look at this beautiful, perfect gift from God. Children are a gift and to view them any differently than that is almost blasphemous. If the child's parent thought that their child was ugly than that child has no business being in the company of that parent!

beauty is in the eye of the holder,and were do you get off thinking any child is ugly?what if you were to have an "ugly child" wouldnt you be just as proud of it as you were a beatiful one?when i was in school i only dated girls that were'nt as pretty as the rest of the girls.they had better respect for other people, and as they grew older they became more pretty. take a look at the cheerleaders you went to school with, they mostly turned out down right ugly after they graduated.

do not quick to judge others look especially babies, for a start you should be grateful if you think you were a sexy baby and second would your statement changed if your baby looks like the other babies? but i suppose not because not only you won't be gifted with one but you sound like a very selfish and ungratefull individual. Remember creating is not at your controll.

I don't think I would say, "look at my baby, isn't he ugly?" Parents are going to be biased towards there child for many reasons, mainly love.

Thats because they love their children unconditionaly like a good parent should do! A good parent would love their child even if it has six eyeballs and nine arms. From how you sound you would probably be a lousy parent for thinking something like that.

Every parent believes their kid is beautiful because that child is apart of them. Beauty on the outside is a statistic society puts on others. A parent see's beauty on the inside with pure love and compassion. Their just proud of their child. Thats all.

wow. I can't imagine why you would even ask this question--have you considered therapy? Or are you just egocentric & mean? This question isn't funny. If our infants weren't beautiful to their parents--when they go through the various developmental phases, like oh say teething--they would be drowned at birth or any of a hundred times right up until the fun of adolescence. Especially if mom didn't get her drugs like she planned in the delivery room. Practice a little empathy--something tells me you need it yourself.

Because, its their child and no matter what she/he looks like, the parents are always going to think their perfect and beautiful. I hoped u haven't actually told them that u think their baby's ugly! Just be polite and nod.
