I have searched the internet for the past few months for unique/unconventional updos for a wedding (I am a bridesmaid) and I can not find anything that isn't plain cheesy or boring.

I like http://i13.tinypic.com/5xy0wa1.jpg... better than the first one. Have you talked to the bride? She may have an opinion as to what you look like for her wedding. www.theknot.com has mostly traditional hair styles but they do have a few non-traditional styles.
