When you pass people on the street and you smile and speak but they LOOK you in the eye and pass you bye without saying HI?
This happens to me alot. It makes me wonder why people can't seem to break a smile.

What do people see when they look at you? I noticed that you are into the Red Hot Chilli peppers. I like that band a lot too. But if you present yourself like they do, they may be seeing someone who has 'issues'. Not that I would, I would think that you were cool. But what do other people see?

I saw a segment on TV the other night where classical musicians went out to busk. People were walking right by them. One guy stopped and said to the camera that he was busy going to work. Do people realise where their influences come from?
Culture is being dissected, diluted and peddled throughout society but people are too busy to listen to the original. You've probably had an impact on heaps of things that people are happy to partake of. As Raymond Williams said: "Culture is ordinary."

People are so weird sometimes. I smile at everyone I make eye contact with it's polite. People are just assholes sometimes. I live in a dormitory and some of the bitches on my floor won't even make eye contact with me it pisses me off becuase that is so freaking rude. People suck.

Many people aren't commonly social with people they don't know, and it may kind of creep them out to a stare. Like me. But that doesn't mean we're jerks or anything.

Yeah, it makes me feel kind of bad for a second, but I realize it's not about me, and I was being normal friendly me and didn't do anything wrong, so whatever.

hey its just a matter of smile na good people with great heart have always smile on their face thats y u r smiling they must be in tension or have hard heart to smile. u keep smiling may be some one whom u r not noticing is smiling just because of u wat say?

More and more people are becoming self absorbed..things will get worse.....
You keep smiling no matter what....you are the nicer person.
