the bible says it's a sin to eat shrimp and wear mixed-fabric clothes.
Why sacrifice the most intense experience you can have because a violent, cruel, horrific book written thousands of years ago says so?

Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled, but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. So no premarital sex is not alright. The Bible condemns it. This is just one of many verses that condemns it. And this in less than 8000 words.

I don' t have my concordance with me right at this minute, but one verse I can think of is in Revelation 21:8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns.....Sexually immoral pretty much covers it. If you want others you can check your Bibles concordance for the word fornication or fornicators- that is premarital sex. The Bible also says somewhere that only in marriage the bed is undefiled. Hope this helps. God Bless!!!

Good Q. I don't know, hopefully someone else does. Look up "marriage" or something on www.biblegateway.com (it has the whole bible on it). I don't think God supports marriage as a rule, but as a principle/concept - as in, being commited to a permanent relationship (which means only breaking up for a really really good reason). That doesn't have to equal marriage, but it generally seems to (de facto relationships have much higher rates of breaking up than marriages do of divorcing).
In the book of Genesis, chapter 2, God created Adam and Eve to become like "one" - that's what he intends for any relationship.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-6 - "For this is what God wills, the sanctifying of YOU, that YOU abstain from fornication."
Straight from the dictionary: Fornication. def -
1. voluntary sexual intercourse between two unmarried persons or two persons not married to each other.
2. Bible. idolatry.

Therefore to avoid fornication or sin, let each man have his own wife and each woman have her own husband. Any sexual relationship outside of marriage is wrong. Read Ist Corinthians chapter 7, you will find your answer there.

It says it all through the new testament!Old also. Why don't you start reading the bible?
Mark 10:6-9
Hebrews 13:4
Genesis 19:24-28
The reasons God has for His laws are many!
If ppl didn't screw around, there would be no diseases or jealousy.A woman would be satisfied with her husband & likewise he with his wife, because they would know no other.
It also shows faithfulness.Just as God wants us to have no other gods,we want our spouses to love us & stay faithful to us.But God demands that we be pure & present ourselves to Him & our spouses.
It also guarantees parentage of our children, without having to go to court to prove paternity.
I could go on & on,but common sense answers this question.

Do you have a Bible? If so don't be so lazy and look for it yourself. It is there, inferred and stated. By example, by explicit condemnation of improper relationships and by affirmation of marriage. If you want a shortcut, use a biblical concordance.
