Exercising is good, but I think you can best start with a good diet plan. First off reduce, and I mean way reduce those fast foods. Combine that with 3 times a week exercise. Try that for a couple of weeks.

you are in healthy range but if you want to lose weight...
a. crunches are a must!! They lose body fat and build abs
b. life weights a lot!!
c. run as much as you can.
d. replace your white breads with whole wheats.
e. lots of protein
f. only eat when your hungry NOT WHEN YOUR BORED!!
g. try this set...
1. hold your legs about six inches of the ground for 2 minutes.
2. rest for 1 minute
3. hold you legs up for 1 minute 30 seconds
4. rest for 45 seconds
5. hold your legs up for 1 minute
6. rest for 30 seconds
7. hold your legs up for 30 seconds
8. rest for 30 seconds
9. go back up "the ladder" (repeat the set backwards)
10. do 200 crunches
11. rest
12. do 200 more crunches
Modify this as you need and good luck.
You can also try some form of daily exercise. do you like dancing, swimming, yoga, running, hiking, biking, cardio? These are just a few examples of great fun sports that anyone can do.

you know buddy, to lose weight ya gotta be tough, its real hard, you could try mowing the lawn or doing some gardening around the house. Or you could start a sport you think you might like, like boxing or karate, Something that gives you skills as well. But the hardest part is changing the things you do everyday Good luck you can do it if you really want.

Stretch a lot. Don't fill yourself up; eat in portions, but don't skip any meals keep your metabolism up. Go jogging with a friend it's hard to stay motivated by yourself. Find an exercise you enjoy or join a sports team. Everyone is different, find what works for you.

DDR! Playing Dance Dance Revolution is a great way to get cardio exercise while having fun. There's lots of people who have used it to lose weight (including myself)!

No sodas, cookies, cake, candy, etc. Drink milk, water, and juice. Eat good healthy foods. Do some jogging or weight training in a gym.

Do cardio
What cardio?
The kind you like best just watch your calorie intake and
make sure you workout more than you eat
And if you workout in the morning and for enough time
Then you can eat and your body will burn calories so you can eat more!
