Call her parents and tell them. Also, tell the school Counselor.
He's going down a dark road that is going to cause him a lot of trouble, unless someone straightens him out NOW!

Start By Telling Your Parents No Matter How Mad Your Best Friend Gets, She Will Thank You Later, Tell Your School Principle, Intendent, And An Officer On The School Ground. Get The Authorities Involved To Help Your Friend And Explain To Her That You Fear For Her Safety, She Could Wind Up Dead One Day And Wished That You Could Have Helped Her, Your Just Letting This Guy Away With Stuff And He Thinks He Has The Control, But You Two Have The Control Because Adults Will Believe You Girls More Than Him, Especially Your Friend With The Marks And Bruises.
Take Control.
Plus If You Report Him Too Not Just Your Friend, You Will Be A Witness For Her, Then He Could Get Serious Charges Against Him.
And You Both Will Be Safe.

Gee. I'm glad that your idea of a hot guy involves bruises and intimidation. You need help. You best freind needs help. Jeremy has broken the law and will probably continue to do so until he is forced into counseling. He is sick and may never be cured and will probably get worse. I guess if I told you that the reason there are cops is to stop the predators from preying on the weaker and more vulnerable, you wouldn't understand. All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing.
I'm really sorry you don't know what to do. Its not complicated once it gets physical. Not complicated at all, even if it does take some guts.

This is class as sexual harassment and you need to tell parents and police. This Jeremy will keep going until he hurts your friend badly then move onto the next person. To stop this you need to tell your parents what happen to you then go to your friends place with your parents and tell them what happen to both of you. Then make a report to the police then the school, Because this is going to continue if you don't. The police will put a restaint order on him. Also take photo of all the bruises.

First off, what are you doing dating at 13 years old ?? I don't care if your trying to be cool or do what your friends do, this is why dating at such a young age is horrible regardless of how old the male is. Second, inform someone at school and at home. Especially at school, they will contact his parents and he'd be told to stay as far away as possible. Now I'm sure he won't listen but that is when you keep going back and telling your parents/school. It's going to be uncool of you but it'll help you this time next year. Good luck !!!

Jeez!! Call the cops, tell a counselor, or tell an adult right away!
That guy is going to end up RAPING her or someone else!!!!!
And YOU KNOW WHAT HE IS LIKE!!!! how are you going to feel if he does this and you had a chance to do something about it but didn't????
Your friend is already going through crap thats going to affect her for the rest of her life psychologically, with the molestation, and the physical and emotional abuse.
If you care, you will turn him in!!!!!!!!

She needs to go to the school or the police and she needs to tell her parents. If you are a good friend you will help her by getting this jeremy to pay for what he has done. Before he does something worse

Ok, what needs to be done, besides what everyone else said, is you and Kellie need to talk to both her parents and the school about this problem. If there is another school in your school district, you and she should transfer to it, promptl!
Or even move to another city. Other wise, if the school fails to solve the problem, the only option might be to see if coorperation with Jeremy prevents Jeremy from physically hurting her or you. She clearly needs to do one of the above or the above and dump him.

You need supervisor's or parents' help. Don't hesitate to do so. If you are afraid of being known about such things. Stare in the face and learn to do things by your common sense. Be brave and you will find life better and more decent. Plz!

Your friend needs to report this immediately. According to your description, she has been raped. I realize this is a difficult thing for you and your friend to deal with, especially at such a young age, but you must be strong and courageous. Encourage her to report the crime, and be there for her. She needs your support. If nothing else, please confide this in your school counselor, youth minister, teacher, or some adult you trust.
