Nobody can make you be happy for someone else, no matter if their family or not.
Try & find the reasons that will make you happy about it & go with that :o) If you can't be happy even in the smallest sense, then thats a shame but, as I said, you can't be forced into feeling happy!!
My sister married a few years ago & although I wasn't involved in the bridal party or the planning, I was happy that she had found her bliss. We have had a rocky relationship for 26 years & no matter what we say to each other, we always manage to move beyond it. We are both totally different to each other in every way!!
Hopefully you & your sister will do the same sometime in the future, as someone else said up above, having a sister can be such a blessing....& a curse hehehehehe ;o) Best of luck with it hey, its her time so let it flow no matter how much of a cow she might be at times. In the long run, you will both grow into old age & more than likely laugh at these days!

Baby Look I understand that you don't like your sister but when we're all growing up in a house together we tend to have a love hate type of thing but in you case a like, love ,hate kind of thing we all go through it all I can say is yes be happy for your sister because I have two sister and I will always say I have two sister's even though one died in 1997 we had our ups and Downs everyone does but if something happens to her sweetie you will never forgive yourself so I say be happy for her and god will bless you and love you so you be good and enjoy and embrace every moment that you share but remember everything lies in GODS hands so keep your head head and do the right thing.

If she's found someone who treats her well and makes her happy, then I hope you find it in your heart to be happy for her.
Sisters sometimes don't get along for many years, but later in your life, you two may change and want to be closer again. If you find it in your heart to be happy for her now, that will help later on.
Also, it makes you a better person to be happy for her if she's found a good relationship. It will give you good Karma!
It will also possibly make your life at home more comfortable without the conflicts, and you should be happy for that as well.

If she is marrying a nice guy, yes you should be happy for her. And not just because she is leaving the house, but because she is starting on a whole new adventure in life. I hope you and your sister can become closer someday--family means a lot.

You should be happy for your sister. You would want the same respect from her if you were the one getting married. Hopefully you can work out your differences. Having a sister can be such a blessing!

Yes you should and I think you need to find away to like her. She is your sister and when you are adults you will come to rely on each other for many things. I hope this is just the fact that you are young and all teens hate their siblings LOL. Work on your relationship with her. Lonely life to lead when you dont have a relationship with your siblings.

Be happy for her, if she's happy.
Help her and your mother as much as you can - planning a wedding is very stressful.
By the time you get married, you'll have at least two [ mom and sis ] experienced helpers!.[and maybe a flower girl or ring bearer for Auntie?]
