Nothing will happen, Its like taking a AA battery and putting it on top of a speaker. Nothing happens

no there is no problem if u keep a speaker or an woofer near an UPS b'couze myself i hav done the same thing so u dont hav to worry about that

Not really but I would avoid it, as the UPS holds a large capacity battery, and the woofer has a large magnet, so add them together doesnt sound too good to me.

it not a problem.if u keeping speakers/woofers near monitor i.e the problem. monitor life is decresed
