San Antonio good salon or barber for men Please Help!!!?

I have been to worst hair cutters since I came in the city. And please help me find a good one. I am paying from 16-20 bucks and the way they cut my hair is not even funny. I am on the NW side/medical/bandera/ingram/410 area! please help
