Organic foods are only semi-healthier. They do not use pesticides during growth, or additives to make them last longer on the store shelves.

They are healthier but, nothing a good rinse won't take care of anyway.

In my opinion not worth the extra big mark up in the price.

To be more correct it is "better" than the usual fruits and grains -

As it claim that No pesticide and No fertilizer is used - both are harm full

But our soil and the water which is sprayed is sure polluted and the air not to forget

If u dont find a organic - fruits or vegetable - u can make it safer - 1, washing it in running water 2. immersing it in salt water for half hr ( possible only with fruits and veg with skin )

It is good in a way that you dont put any chemicals or pesticides or preservatives in your body.Already we live in a highly polluted world which does has a toll on our health. Atleast we can avoid things which we are able to. So its preferrable to go for organic food when available.
Though the chemicals present in food stuffs are within permissible limits, they do affect our system(may be slowly)
