I hear what you are saying. The word catholic means universal and church is not a building but a group of Christians joined together to worship God.

No because I am also Catholic. Do you want to compare parishes? I hope you realize I am joking. As Catholics we are universal and all of us are worshipping God the Father. We are working together to make the world a better place. One of the beauties of the Catholic Church to me is that I can go to any church anywhere in the world and regardless of language I can pretty much follow along because we are truly a universal church under God. I love the tradition and that our line can be traced back to Jesus.
Peace be with you.

Probably some churches are 'better' than others (more like how God would want them to be). I can't judge which are better or worse, only God really knows that. But there are good and bad things within every single church because we are all human, interpreting how we think God wants his church to be.
There are so many definitions of the word 'church' - I'm using the common one, a group of people who meet regularly and call themselves 'church' (either denominational or not. I include Catholic churches in that).

Who was it that went to the cross and died for our sins? Jesus Christ. It is neither my church nor your church. Jesus purchased the church with His blood. The church belongs to Him, not us. You are correct in saying catholic means universal, which the Lord's church is. If you are talking Roman Catholic, that is completely different from the Lord's church. The Lord is the Head of the church, and since it is His church, it is the only church that I find in the Bible and there are no others to argue about.

I belong to the holy catholic (universal) church too. I just happen to attend services at The Abundant Life Christian Fellowship http://www.alcf.net
There is only one true church of God and it is the spiritual body of Christ made up of all born again believers.
1 Peter 1:1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who are elect exiles of the dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
1 Peter 1:23 since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God;
1 Peter 2:5 you yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
So I guess we belong to the same church or "called out ones" if you are a born again believer too.

Why would your church be better than any other church? Catholics are no different than anyone else other than they think it's ok to gamble in church.

Your church may well be better FOR YOU. And that's okay. Because we are not saved by churches. We are saved by our relationship with Christ. The only 'church' that counts is the Bride of Christ. And that spans ALL Christian churches.

Oh, absolutely. Your church is the best. I am not worthy to even enter your church, because of its elevated status. When I think of your church, I hang my head in shame and want to burn my church down.

No, it's not. My church says to stay at home and sleep in, or watch football. Cheaper too.

What's that question?
I technically don't have a church, and I'm not a Christian, so both options are void here.
Is this some sort of contest? My daddy's stronger than yours?
