I was just told i have an exersied induced right to left pulmonary shunt?

Do you know anything about it such as treatment. My oxygen drops to 80 with excertion. Help i am only 22? i have googled and came across nothing.

pulmonary shunts are mostly congenital and caught early in life and acquired, we are typically able to find a reason. exercise induced shunting of blood in the lungs is new to me, have you sought a second opinion? may be there is some more detail to the hypoxia, good luck
