Keep them somewhat separate for a few days so they can get the smell of one another. Then, slowly introduce them...through a baby gate would be best if you have one. If you don't, hold the cat during the first meeting between the animals. If she seems ok, let her go (with the puppies both on leashes so they can be pulled away quickly if necessary. Since you cat is so young, she may be more adaptable than you expect!
Oppositely, this may take a few weeks or months. But, I have yet to have any animals not get used to one another.

The cat will get used to them, all the more easily because she is still a kitten. Just make sure there is always a way for her to get away from the pups. This is usually easy, because the cat will go up high. But if you think it would help, you could gate off one room where the dogs can't go, for the cat to retreat to. After a while, she will be able to handle them just fine.
When I first got my cat, I had two dogs, and the cat was an adult. She was terrified, though the dogs were actually friendly. I gated off one room so at least the rowdier dog couldn't get in; the cat hardly left that room for 2 months! Within 2 weeks she wasn't really frightened of them, but still didn't like them. But in time she came to love them and play with them and eat their food with them (fortunately they eat faster than she does; dog food isn't that nutritious for a cat).

If you have a baby gate put the pups on one side and the cat on the other for a day or two the only other thing is because they are so young let one pup at a time with the cat they my have a small Tiff but they will learn to get along.

Aww! thats no problem! They will grow along to love eachother. I had both once and the most that can happen between a cat and a dog is having the dog lick the small kitty and give her a bath! LoL! It's true! Don't worry! they'll be fine!
No harm will come to either of them.

That's not a worry, just bring the pups in with the kitten and let her get to know them and after a while they will became great mates. You might fine that they will have a little play at times which is great fun to watch. But they won't hurt each other.

Another way to avoid the scent-territory problem is to use something like a bit of Vick's VapoRub applied to all the critters noses. (Not a lot, obviously) But all they'll be able to smell is the VapoRub, and then they can get used to each others personalities without worrying about establishing territory.
