Anyone know any exercises that I can do in my room? I am not able to go to the gym and I have no equipment. what are some exercises that you know of that I can do? Any that are good at burning calories??

Lay on your back and do the bicycle, u just lift your legs and move em like u were riding a bike.
Do sit ups, lock feet under bedpost bottom and do situps.
Do side stretches, stretch each side
Do knee bends, use your imagination, your own routine is usually the best and could be better than a gym.

Put a towel behind your back, against the wall and squat as far as you can to get back up. Slow and go, it burns real well, and great for thighs. Simple Toe Raises are great for the calves. If you do plenty of sets of both more than once a day, great calorie burner

Pushups on the floor, Dips between chairs.

Step-ups onto a chair, one leg squats on the chair.

Sit-ups, sit-backs.

Get creative, there are many other floor exercises.

To burn a lot of calories, do them a long time, or many sets.

No equipment?! look up one armed push up and one legged squats. amaze your friends and family once you master even one.! calories,dance with yourself
