Asl long as there is no bleeding or pain, you should be OK if you should start to bleed bite down gently on a piece of gauze to stop any bleeding.
Check to see if a blood clot has formed in the socket because it there isn't the chances of this becoming a painful dry socket is highly.
Good Luck

The stitching falling out and dissolving is normal. It's also normal to have gaps in your gums where the teeth used to be. I remember getting two permanent teeth pulled out and I had these huge holes in my gums for about a month. It wasn't so bad and it didn't hurt. Make sure your gums harden up a little bit before you go back to your normal eating habits or food will irritate those tender areas of your gums. Hope I answered your question.

If you're not experiencing pain, bleeding it is fine. Yes I had a tooth pulled in the back and I will never do it again. Mine was not a wisdom tooth, so I know the gap you are talking about. I miss that tooth! Plus you lose a lot of chewing area by having a tooth pulled.

You should be fine, that's why they are dissolving stitches. If you are very worried, just call the surgeon, he should be able to give you a quick answer over the phone as if you should come in or if you are fine.

Mouth wounds usually heal fairly quickly. I suspect this is fine. If you're not getting a lot of bleeding or pain, just keep an eye on it. You can always CALL the oral surgeon's office and talk to his assistant, but I think they'll tell you it's ok.
If you call and talk to the assistant you'll feel better.

It's fine... they are meant to dissolve and/or come out on their own...
9 days is plenty of time.
Keep the area clean by gently brushing back there... and the gap will fill in on its own over time.
