We have two cats. One will eat anything we eat (or acts like he will), while the other shows interest only in beef jerky and, of all things, fruit. He likes licking the flesh of peaches, apples, etc. and will do so as long as I will hold it for him. We rarely let him do it... our other cat doesn't do this. Is this okay for him?

Apple seeds are toxic, as well as peach pits and it's wilting leaves. I can't find any information on the flesh itself, though, so I would assume not. Just to be on the safe side, though, you might want to call the vet's office and find out before you give any more.

My cat eats like a dog. But I learned that certain foods are deadly to cats. I dont remember all the foods , but I remember that grapes and raisens cause kidney failure. So make sure your cat stays away from them.

I have heard that apple SEEDS are extremely poisonness. Too much fruit could cause diarrhea and occasionally in moderation is OK.
