The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://tr.im/D4iVg
It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss.
There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.

The only thing that has been working for me is Finasteride, or Proscar, it goes by a few names. I've been taking it for a few years now and I haven't lost any more hair since. It doesn't grow hair, but it will most likely stop further loss. The sooner you start taking it the more hair you'll keep, but you do need to have a doctor's prescription. Don't let anyone try to sell you snake oil. I haven't seen or heard of any magic potion that grows hair, "follicle cloning" is being researched and still a long way off. If that ever works that will be something.

make sure you're getting enough good protein and maybe start taking hair/skin/nails vitamins with biotin. Some say you sound take them 3 times a day, but the kind I have one says once. Hair grows from the inside out, so work on strengthening your hair from the inside. The root is close to blood vessels so the vitamins and protein will help.

I lost about 50% of my hair a few years ago, due to a medical condition. Luckily my hair has all come back. I can tell you out of everything I tried what worked the best is a product called "Nioxin" It helped out a lot! You might try doing a web search on it to find information on it. You can buy it at some beauty salons or a store like Trade Secret. I wish you luck.

If you was your hair everyday, stop doing that. Just wash it about once a week. You should take sum vitamins and make sure you eating right.
I'm currently taking Biotin vitamins and Dr. Miracle and I'm noticing a huge difference. Before my hair was thinning and dry looking. now it looks darker and richer and more healthy and strong. So i think you should try it out and see if it works for you.

try a new shampoo that aims at hair growth (i used garnier fructis it helps with that)
-dont shower with hot water because the pores open and when you comb your hair it easily falls out
-use hair treatments aside from conditioner to give your hair extra vitamins and stuff...
-dont wash your hair too much because when you do then the nutrients fall out of your hair
-i'm assuming your a woman... then cut your ends if they're bad because that allows for new hair to grow healthy.

Recipe for Best Hair:
1] eat well - lean protein, whole grains, lots of veggies and fruits
2] take a multivitamin with minerals [ sometimes a tiny bit of one vitamin or mineral makes a big difference in the hair/skin ]
3] Wash hair gently - scrub the scalp about as vigorously as you brush your teeth. Scrub the SCALP, not the hair shaft. Apply shampoo to the scalp, not the hair shaft. Rinse thoroughly.
4] Apply conditioner to the HAIR, not your scalp. The new growth is healthy and doesn't need conditioner. Rinse thoroughly.
5] BLOT, don't rub your hair dry. Wet hair is weaker, and easier to break or split.
6] COMB your hair to detangle. Have you ever seen a hairdresser use a brush on wet hair?
7] Don't do tight ponytails or elastics - again, hair damage/loss. Use a barette, headband, scrunchie. Don't do same hairstyle every day - too much stress in same place = damage
8] I have lost my hair twice - part of it for brain surgery, and all of it for chemo for breast cancer. I started using Nioxin cleanser/cscalp treatment/scalp therapy [ what we call shampoo, conditioner, etc.,] one month ago, and I'm getting great results!

there are many drugs you can take to reverse the effect of hairloss. be carefull of side-effects though. I use nioxin, and it does stop, but does not reverse hairloss. Oh, by the way, if you do start using a certain drug, do not stop, and do not skip a day, because you will loose alot more than if you never started.
