No, you don't need to be baptized. Jesus said, " Whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned" in John 5:24. Belief in Christ is all we need. I do believe that once that belief is established, you should not be ashamed of it (Christ also said that he that does not acknowledge him, he will not acknowledge in Matthew 10:32-33). Therefore, I think that baptism is something every born again Christian should take steps to do. But, it isn't a requirement of Heaven.

If it was spiritual baptism then why did the Enuch use water? are you calling the bible a lie? when did it say to change what the apostles did how can a man baptize people with the spirit he is not God when they were argueing they said Paul said he was glad he did not baptize anyone. 1 Corinthians 1:5-16 12What I mean is this: One of you says, "I follow Paul"; another, "I follow Apollos"; another, "I follow Cephas[a]"; still another, "I follow Christ."
13Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Were you baptized into[b] the name of Paul? 14I am thankful that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius, 15so no one can say that you were baptized into my name. 16(Yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I don't remember if I baptized anyone else.)
verse 47 says readit or caover your ears but you are wrong.
Acts 10:44-50 (New International Version)
44While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message. 45The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on the Gentiles. 46For they heard them speaking in tongues[a] and praising God.
Then Peter said, 47"Can anyone keep these people from being baptized with water? They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have." 48So he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days.

Paul baptized the Philippian jailer the very night he believed. on an identical time as prompt baptism isn't needed, baptism should not be not on time. Baptism replaced into instituted via God as a ability of publicly confessing faith in Christ as Saviour and as a ability of figuring out with Him in the previous the worldwide. it is the 1st act of obedience for the recent convert. A believer is residing in disobedience to God until they are scripturally baptized.

To be honest, I've known baptized Catholics who sin and do not seem to repent. On the other hand, I've known people who are not Christian and have sacrificed themselves to make a better world. (Think Ghandi, for instance). We are all God's children. We are his creation. I believe that anyone who has lived a life of service to others and lived according to high moral standards and values has a place in heaven, no matter what religion they practice.

Actually yes. There are two types of baptism. One is the baptism of water, which john the baptist perform, and there is the baptism of the holy ghost and fire, which is spiritual. These baptism are critical because they are design to open our understanding of the world in which we live. It was Jesus christ who said less we are born again we will not see the kingdom of heaven.

Baptismal regeneration is the belief that a person must be baptized in order to be saved. It is our contention that baptism is an important step of obedience for a Christian, but we adamantly reject baptism as being required for salvation. We strongly believe that each and every Christian should be water baptized by immersion. Baptism illustrates a believer’s identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. Romans 6:3-4 declares, “Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” The action of being immersed in the water illustrates being buried with Christ. The action of coming out of the water pictures Christ’s resurrection.
Anything in addition to faith in Jesus Christ as being required for salvation is a works-based salvation. To add ANYTHING to the Gospel is to say that Jesus' death on the cross was not sufficient to purchase our salvation. To say that we must be baptized in order to be saved is to say that we must add our own good works and obedience to Christ's death in order to make it sufficient for salvation. Jesus' death alone paid for our sins (Romans 5:8; 2 Corinthians 5:21). Jesus' payment for our sins is appropriated to our "account" by faith alone (John 3:16; Acts 16:31; Ephesians 2:8-9). Therefore, baptism is an important step of obedience after salvation, but cannot be a requirement for salvation.

to get into heaven you have to know Christ Jesus as your lord and saivior. Baptism is just a way to show you spiritually died and was reborn again. You do not need to be baptized to get to heaven, you have to be saved.

Yes, but not water baptism, Spiritial Baptism, This happens the moment you except Christ as your Saviour, We are Baptisted into the Body of Christ By the Holy Spirit. Then we should be baptisted in water to show that we are followers of Christ, not in order to be Saved

yes this is a part of salvation as it says in:
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Jesus even spoke of it:
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
this is the only message the Apostles preach
Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
Eph 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

The water baptism is an outward sign of one's baptism. What really counts is the Spiritual baptism of the Holy Ghost, that is the receiving of Jesus as one's Savior. God does not glory in flesh but in the Spirit. Hope this helps.
