My sons friend is a plastic surgeon and an excellent one. My son is in Tashkent. He just told me that doctors there are well trained but make very small paychecks. Boob jobs cost six hundred. I was shocked, plastic surgery is very cheap. Im ready to go visit him, oh , and its cheap to stay there too. VERY. My son is in the medical field and assures me the surgeons are top notch that he works with.

This may or may not help but I paid about $3000 for my nose job. It turned out very well - I had been self conscious about it my whole life and was very glad that I went through with it. This is how it turned out.... I'm the third set of pictures down... very subtle but made all the difference in the world to me.

As for the boobs, I'd say only do it for yourself. I only condone it if it's going to help with self esteem (not that you need my approval or anything!). Most of the attention you'd get with fake boobs is going to be from the kind of guys that you would be better off without.

reduction or augmentation?
I'm going to assume augmentation. Reductions can be covered by insurance (like mine did).

That's hard to determine. You need to go to a consult. Find doctors in that area, visit their websites, then go from there.

i dont reccomend any plastic surgery... be happy with what you have, some people would KILL for it, espcially he $$ u would use to pay for it!
