look for WINDOWS UPDATE on ur computer, and click it, and it'll open internet explorer and than click AUTOMATIC UPDATES, and it'll install all updates, and sp2

you can get sp2 at www.softwarepatch.com and click windows tab at the left of the window and search down the page
