You should not waste your time with any religions... but if you have to believe in something, buddhism and pagan/wicca seems the most harmless to both the believer and others.
Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

The Catholic Church is the largest Christian Church and the largest organized body of any world religion. It traces its origins to the original Christian community founded by Jesus Christ and led by the Twelve Apostles. We are 1,098,366,000 approximately which is 1/6 of the earth population. It has the most interesting and mystical history of all.
I don`t think it would be a good religion for you. Obviously you are looking for an easy to understand, 3 minute micro-wave religion with no hassles.

I believe in the God "I Am" and His Son. I know you don't want to hear that, but I was raised in such an elctitic way first Catholic, then Prodistant, then Baptist, Christian Reformed, then Methodist all before I was 15. They were all traditial churches and I wasn't comfortable with alot of what they taught or how they taught. I started to look outside the box at different teachings and different ways of worshiping. By the time I was done, I found what I was comfortable with and not what my parents were. For you to turn to stangers and have them tell you what to believe in is only going to confuse you more.
I suggest that you write down what you do and don't believe. What have you accepted and what do you renounce. There are other ways of worshiping without letting go of everything that you believe in. After you know what is right in your heart, then research it. There is far more out there then the traditional church.
I belong to the Vineyard. I am happy with my choice.

If you are opposed to monothestic religions, then why don't you go check out Greek Mythology. You have cut out almost all of the world religions. You could look into Hinduism or obscure religions.
Now, if you truly want to understand the truth in life, simply get an understanding of the Bible and attend a Bible preaching Christian Church.

I dunno what ur thoughts are on Islam but I think it if u investigate it u will surely find that it's a religion of peace and tolerance. I know most people wont agree with this but u can't blame every Muslim for the actions of a few sick individuals. Islam is a great religion and as a matter of fact, I know someone who converted to Islam today!!!
May Allah guide him to the right path. And u too :-)
PEACE

Well I am a Catholic Christian. For a few reasons you should look it up. Christianity in general is the one you should go for. Is is personally founded by Jesus Christ and is still here today. It's message is that there is a God and that he loves you so much that He died for you, to free you. I will put my life and afterlife on the line saying that Jesus is Lord and I will die with those words on my lips.

Buddhism. buy a copy of How to See Yourself as You Really Are by the Dalai Lama. if it doesn't rearrange your view of yourself then you don't want to be rearranged. i see Buddhism as flawless.any flaws of view are my P.O.V. not Buddhism's. been at this a long time and because it says what i don't really want to accept but looks true ,i basically have no choice other than to be willfully stupid or go with it. i'm going

Well, you should check out The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Mormons. We believe in books of scripture outside of the Bible, we believe that Jesus visited the ancient peoples of the American continent, and we believe that we are led by a living prophet in modern times. We also believe that the Father, Son and Holy Ghost are three separate and distinct beings--which, technically, I guess is not monotheism, because we believe in three separate Gods. :)
