Most ppl recommend toothpaste but that isn't a permanent "cure" it's a fast fix to reduce the size of the pimple. Try using a good mask. And find some products with tea tree oil in them, they have alot at The Body Shop. I don't recommend Neutrogena if you have oily skin bcuz it drys you out really bad (i know) but then vagain it may work for you all ppl's skin is different. i hope that helps. :) O yea and a little soothing music wouldn't hurt while u do hw like some norah Jones or jazz or just something soothing.

Go to the Dermatologist. If you've tried all the over the counter product then you're last resort is going to have to be a prescription strenght medication. They also offer microdermabration and chemical peels (not the same as in the beauty isle at Wal-Mart so don't waste your money) that give you great results. I'm 24 and have had the same problem, it's not going to get any better until you see an actual medical professional that specializes in skin problems. Also most insurance companies pay for the office visit and all you have to pay is your copay for the prescription. Quit wasting your time and money on all the other junk, this is a permanent solution not a temporary fix.

I have the same exact problem!!!! Nothing works except calming yourself down, breathing, and seeing a derm. I just got this stuff from AcneFree called Terminator. It's a spot treatment with 10% Benzoyl peroxide and 1% salicylic acid. It's supposed to work wonders, and is working a little for me. Drink water too, but as for the treatment, hit up Walmart. It'll help for now.

maybe your makeup has oil in it and that may cause you to break out. I'm also under alot of stress and it really helps me to take a nap or watch an old Bette Davis movie like Jezebel.

try putting germaline or savlon on them beofre you go to bed, it reduces the redness and puts a proper head on them, watch your diet as well drink loads of water, it may break out more at first but eventually it will die down.

try doing yoga to calm your stress. and DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use toothpaste. toothpaste is made for whitening, and it will make your pimple redder. i got this from the tyra banks show.
