i am training under a butcher right now and im looking for a website on where i can learn the cuts of meat. It would be great if anyone knows of movies or anything like that that i can watch

That sounds so cool, I wanted to be a butcher when I was a kid.
My dad taught me how to cut up a chicken after he got done killing it.
I felt like a surgeon.
Sorry I don't know of any sites.
When my daughter was in high school ag class she had to learn all the meat cuts, what animal they came from and what part of the animal.
She had flash cards she got from the school.
There is a great ag college in Normal Illinois that may be able to help you. They probably have a web site. It is either Illinois State University or University of Illinois.

The only movie w/ a butcher remotely involved is "Fiddler on the Roof." Not sure you'd learn much from that!
