i got some potato gnocchi today by mistake somehow, and i'd rather not waste it. i would like to know some recipies that use it. who knows....it might be a delicious accident!

I love gnocchi!! Here is the best way I like to eat mine. It is very easy and very delicious.
1) Grill some chicken breasts and season with Italian seasoning.
2) Boil your gnocchi until it floats to the surface. Drain water and add a jar of pesto sauce to the gnocchi. Heat until pesto is warmed up.
3) Plate the gnocchi & pesto and top with sliced chicken and shredded parmesean cheese.

Add some fresh bell bepper, and some ground beef/ italian turkey sausage. Mix in a pat of butter, 1 egg and one tbs of flour form into patties and bake on a cookie pan for about 7 mins on each side.

Boil, drain, then saute in a hot skillet w/ a bit of real butter and some EVOO, garlic, maybe some fresh parsley.
Also good tossed w/ a simple marinara or meatsauce.

some butter, fresh sage, a little cooking water from boiling the gnochi, ton of parm or romano.
