Good question. Gods hand is still upon this country but if we continue to reject God then you will see His judgment and I am sure that it wont be good. Thank God if you know Him you will have nothing to worry about but for those who have mocked him, refuse to believe and continue to live in sin, I hope that God has mercy on those Souls.

I believe only atheist's reject God.
Most everyone else believes in or at the least excepts a 'faith based belief in God - some have more then one god.

Most all religions believe in and except God - they just have different dogmas for following those beliefs.

As for 'this country', that would mean the majority of the people in the country 'reject' God and the odds of that happening are not to good.

Also if the country did reject God most Books of faith state that it is not for you to judge Gods will or be ignorantly arrogant enough to believe you could understand Gods will to claim it to be wrong, bad or a sin.

Truth. It will be pretty bad... people have relied on "God" to set behavioural guidelines.

I am of the generation that declared "God is Dead" while burning my bra and getting into drugs and free love. Things have gone pretty well down hill since then I would say.

Alfred Pike of the Illuminati says THIS of the Freemasonic plan for the world as they institute the New World Order.

We shall unleash the NIHILISTS AND SATANISTS, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effects of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will be from that moment without compass, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the pure doctrine of LUCIFER, brought finally out in the public view, a manifestation which will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of CHRISTIANITY AND ATHEISM both conquered and exterminated at the same time." - Albert Pike

The Most Evil man born in the past few hundred years, Aleister Crowley was a 33 Degree Mason. Crowley was the foulest and filthiest of men in his occult practices and considered cannibalizing of perfect young boys to be the ultimate sacrifice. He was responsible for bringing Satanism to America and for his LSD dabaucheries with Timothy Leary and Anton LaVey whom he taught to set up the Church of Satan.

One of Crowleys mottos was "do as thou wilt" He did just that and killed, sacrificed an lived with impunity. This philosoply became the core of the witchraft movement but has almost disappeared.

However, this is the basic tenet in many atheists. Such insanity wouldcause untold misery.

I think continue to reject God and some will reach sublime heights, but the mass of humanity needs something more to keep from rioting and rebelling.

And suddenly I have to go to sleep or I will fall out of my chair.

I hardly doubt that a country that is 80% Christian can be seen as 'rejecting God'.

If you are referring to taking religion out of the government, I say it's about time.

Worse yet... what would be the fate of this (or any other) country which continues to worship a myth?

Get real. There is no 'god'. Take responsibility for your own life.

Good question, i think we are heading down the path of destruction already. We already had some floods and wars and rumors of wars. Throw in the SARS the bird flu and Y2K. Jesus is coming soon, I know we've been saying it for years, but its sooner than we may think of. Now we must just look up.

not believing in god has absolutely nothing to do with the fate of our country...now before you spew fire and brimstone at me, i don't hate christians or god loving ppl. we need intelligent, educated and well informed ppl to lead this country...based on what's good for the whole country, not just the special interest groups. (whatever that means)

It will become a much better and less judgemental place. Already you can see the benefits of it. Since religion is becoming not so popular anymore, technology has taken off 100fold in the last 50 years.

We will just go on as usual. More importantly, if we can manage to keep god out of our government, this country would be a much better place.

God has spared countries with only a handful of believers. Besides, the problem today is globalism.

I think rejecting the Constitution is the biggest problem - and I mean things like the McCain-Feingold act. Easily the biggest threat to 1st amendment rights.
