After Jesus rose from the grave he met Mary his mother . She wanted to hug him in excitement . Jesus told her , " Touch me not , for I have not yet ascended to my Father ". Jesus was God , perfect , sinless , and Holy .He didn't want Mary to touch him because she , like all of us was a sinner ( unpure ) and Jesus was taking his blood back to heaven as a ( perfect )offering for the believers sins.

Actually, you need to change your wording just slightly: Hebrew Bible Roman Catholic Bible Protestant Bible The Jewish scholars finished the edition of the Hebrew Bible in about the third century. That text is included in both the RC and Prot. Bible. The order of the books is different, because of underlying assumptions. The Christian Bible (the New Testament) wasn't really nailed down until nearly the tenth century or so. After that, it was locked in. This was done in a series of Church Councils. This text is the same in both the RC and Prot. Bible, and the Old Testament is pretty much the same in either of these Bibles, except that the order may be a bit different. The only difference between the RC and Prot. Bibles is the presence of the Apocrypha -- several books that were unknown in Hebrew, but were included routinely in Greek language translations of the Old Testament that were in popular use around the time of the early Church. That Greek translation of the Old Testament (called the Septuagint) was so popular (most Jews did not at that time remember how to speak or read Hebrew anymore) that whenever you find the Old Testament quoted in the New Testament, it is always the Septuagint text they are quoting.

Jesus went back to heaven. He was there before He came to earth. He has been given all authority to judge all people and that's what He means when He says He has the keys to death and hell. Whether we go to heaven or hell is in his hands and He has told us that the only way to heaven is through Him.

Mr Wise should actually read his bible starting with Revelations - and behold I am alive and I hold the keys to death and hell.

When Jesus died He went to a place called Hades. It was a double part place made up of Paradise and Sheol. Believers like Abraham went to Paradise, and unbelievers went to sheol. Hades is sometimes call hell, in the King James Version of the Bible so that is why there is a mix up. No one is in hell yet, and won't be until after the Great judgment. When Jesus ressurected He left Paradise and took with Him all believers to Heaven with Him, and so when believers die today they go directly to Heaven, Paradise is empty. Unbleieveers still go to Hades and will remain there until the judgment.

Paradise was beside of Hell, in the middle of the Earth (Spiritual Realm, invisible to people on the Earth still in their Body's).

Jesus went into both of those places.
After HE went into Paradise and Everybody got Born-Again (spiritman Recreated) Jesus took Paradise and Everybody in there up to Planet Heaven. After your saved (recreated) you can handle the Power of GOD on Planet Heaven, otherwise you would burn-up (cease to exist).
Simple!

We see a picture of where Jesus went in His story about Lazarus and the rich man.

Hades (the Greek term for "abode of the dead") had two compartments, if you will. One was for the righteous dead, known as Abraham's Bosom, or Paradise. We see Lazarus was there, being comforted by Abraham, the father of faith.

The rich man was tormented in flames, because of his selfishness and unrighteousness.

When Jesus died, He went to Paradise, and also preached to the unrighteous dead about His victory over sin and death. (See I Peter 3:19ff)

After He went to be with the Father, He took with Him those righteous dead to Heaven, where they are in His presence daily. (Cf. Ephesians 4:8, Revelation 7:9)

I hope that helps!

During the time between death on the cross and Resurrection it is said that Christ did descend into hell and after he was resurrected he spent 40 more days on earth before ascending.

Bible Commentary explains it thus:
"Thou art prepared for a long delay before I come into My kingdom, but not a day's delay shall there be for thee; thou shalt not be parted from Me even for a moment, but together we shall go, and with Me, ere this day expire, shalt thou be in Paradise" (future bliss, 2Co 12:4 Rev. 2:7). They would die together and he (the thief) would immediately be in the presence of God.

Actually the bible says Jesus went and preached "to the captives". This means, those Old Testament faithful, who died before the Messiah, and were kept in Abraham's bosom. Jesus led them out, and into heaven.

Yes it is implied that Jesus has the keys or power for all of man's existence... in heaven and in hell and in paradise. Jesus rose from the dead in these places and he visited them all. His teaching rose from the dead on earth too. That church is the body of Christ and it is risen . Jesus is able to direct all churches on earth and heaven. All rely on him for the light of love and life and in heaven they await his return for his light is the greatest gift there. Can some receive his light and healing on earth. I really can't say rt.
