More concerned about becoming a better person in this life. If we lift others up with our love in this life, I tend to believe this is our "pass" to a more uplifting afterlife....you see, I think the afterlife is very much the same as what we make and do with our physical life.

I believe that something created us, but I don't believe in any organize religion. Growing up Baptist, however, the only thing I worried about was going to heaven. The only reason why I thought about it so much because the idea of hell scared the s-hit out of me. I'm smarter now though. I do not know for sure if there is a heaven or a hell, but I tried to be a good person because I want to be and no other reason. Besides, I would imagine that if you only did good things just so you could go to heaven would probably send you to hell anyway.

Hello friend, You ask a very good question, but one that is not easily answered. That is to say, I don't know of a specific verse that addresses it. But I can give you other possibilities. Allow me to re frame the question. Let's not just say babies, but anyone, everyone. What age will they / we be in Heaven? This is how I would attempt to answer. Time is an earthly reality. It applies only to us while here in this life. God is outside of time, and therefore, Heaven by nature of God and Eternity is outside of time as well. We only age (grow older) in this lifetime. Obviously at death, aging stops when time stops. Then for Eternity, (whether Heaven or Hell), a soul exists, I believe as a fully developed being. I say "fully developed" rather than fully grown because where there is no more time, there is no more aging. The text I would use is 1 Cor.15:35-58. Paul talks about earthy bodies and Heavenly bodies. Pay attention to vs 49 and contrast that verse with 1 Jn.3:2. It seems clear that we will be like Jesus. Look also at Mat. 17:3 for example. There, the three apostles saw Moses and Elijah with Jesus. These men had long since left the earth and the three could not have possibly known them by sight, except by miraculous endowment. I believe God allowed them to seen as fully developed individuals. They would not have been recognized physically since Peter, James and John had never met them in the flesh. Yet, they knew them by sight. So with all that, I pray that my opinion is Biblically based when I suggest that in Eternity we will be fully developed and able to be recognized by loved ones. I don't believe "fully developed" will necessarily have an "age" attached to it. But it might. There is so much more I'd like to say about Heavenly joys and Hellish torment, but I'll save that for another question. Hope this helps. Blessings, 2 Tim.2:7

Both I want to be a better person in life because I have children, I want to go to heaven, because I believe it would be better for me, and GOD. I am not alway's happy with the world as it is. I understand pain so I empathies with others; I know love does not hurt, therefore being here with those who do not understand this concept, becomes difficult at times, most days I am a very happy person, however I have my moments and sometimes day's, but I depend on the lord; knowing that he knows what good, and what's bad for all.
I am getting older now my patients are not as tolerant, for the chaos, fact is I can't stand chaos & confusion, however I try to tolerate those who are unaware of this behavior, because I have been there, but I do not allow this to be part of my life; because I see other peoples predictaments are chaotic ;because those who are in that circle, have not been where I have been, and some are not going where I have gone, this does not make me a better person, or them a less of person, I did not pick this path this path it was chosen for me, I allowed the process to happen with the help of GOD, and thank almighty GOD I did. when you in the process i am in, you get to learn about love, acceptance, and faith, in a very deep spirtual manner, and GOD show himself, therefore you can no longer use bad behavior, as a excuse, or believe, love hurts, with most of these cases being the fear of change, lack of belief, or the person, or myself has a lack of acceptance, of the reality about a situation they have no controll over, - with this theres, disbelieve, that's why Jesus my lord, could not heal as many people in his home town, because of their lack of belief.

Since I don't believe in heaven, I'm more concerned with being the best person I can be in this life. Hoping to learn what I need to know this time around so I hopefully won't have to reincarnate again.

Most think being saved is really just getting a free pass to heaven. It is like Jesus told the Rich man. He told him to sell everything and give to the poor. He knew that was something the rich man wasn't willing to do. You see the rich man is like many of the people today. They want the "free pass" but they don't want to change their life for it.

I try to be a better person mainly so I can inspire others to be better people as well. I don't really believe in Heaven or Hell. But I do believe in being the best person you can be.

I don't think about heaven that much. I know I will be there one day. What I want to do now is allow God to make me into the person He would have me be, for His use, in this life, while I'm on this earth.

That's the great thing about being a follower of Jesus Christ, you get a pass to Heaven and the Holy Spirit makes you a better person in this life as He sanctifies you and convicts you of sin an makes you more like Jesus.
2 Peter 1:2 May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. 3 His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, 4 by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.
5 For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, 6 and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, 7 and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.
