It's in the Klamath Basin of Oregon. if you look on a map of Oregon, it's towards the south-central end (but NOT all the way).

About an hour east of Medford on hwy 66 or 140, half hour south of Crater Lake, 20 miles north of California.

It's spelled, Klamath Falls, and it is at the very southern reaches of the state. Crater Lake is nearby, as well as Medford.
