Mi corazon dejo de latir means My heart stop beating
and Mi corazon se salto un latido is a more exact translation but doesn't sound quite as good so what I would say since you are falling in love would be :"Cambio el ritmo de mi corazon" which means My heart change its rhythm, which may not sound as good in English but does sound great in Spanish. You could use "Cambiaste" if you want to imply to a person that the change was because of he/she.

Good luck and hope this help.

Not sure there's a translation for that expression.
You could say: Tengo arritmia!!! LOL, but that's not very romantic. Sorry. Like she said: "Mi corazón dejó de latir".
That would be the closest I've heard.

that phrase is really hard to translate, you could say:

mi corazón dejó de latir

mi corazón se saltó un latido (this one is more literal and doesn't sound that right to me)

Maybe if you put the whole phrase we could give you a more accurate translation

Hope that helps ;)
