Yes, there is. I thought some of the questions here were quite intelligent and engaging, but I now choose to move on to more perceptive or sincere questions. Most of the questions here of late are so inane and impertinent that it becomes tiresome to find one worth answering.

The level of so-called comedic questions regarding faiths, God, etc. is somewhere between potty and repulsive.

Time to go.

Thanks for the nice comments, but I will not come back here.

And as for the negative comments, you should contact Eric Gibson sometime and let him know you disproved his insightful words.

I must admit, I too have been thinking along the same lines.
I have done my best as a minister to help straighten out some of the chaos, and was rewarded by loosing my business e-mail to multiple violations from sensitive people who ganged up on me.
No bad words, no threats, just numbers of sensitive people complaining that I hurt feelings telling the truth.
Then after destroying many people, they reconsider, change things and don't give back what they took away.
Showing poor judgment, now, they block religious websites from being used as proof/ source they require for religious answers.
You can't win with this team.
I have a list of people WHO agree with me............

The pendulum swings in both directions, so if you come back in a couple of weeks, you may find that the forum has an entirely different tone than it does now. We go through spells of "Catholic bashing," "Muslim bashing," and general silliness, but this is still an interesting section of Y!A to hang around.

I'd hate to see you leave permanently. Check back in after awhile, and maybe things will be on an upswing again.

If it has stopped being entertaining, helping you with new ideas, engaging your mind, and become a chore to be here, then yes, it's time to leave for awhile, and explore new ground. Good luck on your journey, may you find new, and more enjoyable territory, and maybe one day you'll return refreshed.....

I've thought the same thing from time to time, but then I realized that you never know who might be reading your answer and what a difference it may make to those who are truly interested in seeking knowledge, truth, and wisdom.

This only means that there are a lot of people who are still lost and need a light to guide them.
