If you mean accents....

1. á = press alt and the numbers 160 (on the right of the keyboard, check Num Lock if they dont work)
2. é = alt y 130
3. í = alt y 161
4. ó = alt y 162
5. ú = alt y 163
6. ñ = alt y 164
7. ¿ = alt y 168
8. ¡ = alt y 173
9. ü = alt y 129

you can also go in 'insert' and select 'symbol' then you can choose them from a table-- takes a bit longer though. Some keyboards also do it if you press ' and then the letter, so 'e will give you é.
You can also change the language settings on your Word and then it is just [a -> á etc (;n for ñ)

Hope this helps you.

alt. 164 = ñ
alt. 129 = ü
alt. 160 = á
alt. 130 = é
alt. 161 = í
alt. 162 = ó
alt. 163 = ú

That's all there are in the Spanish language.
